Job Summary

 

Under direction of North America Communications, this role will plan, schedule and execute digital campaigns and programs. This position requires enthusiastic leadership, coordination, and collaboration skills. This individual is required to lead multi-functional marketing and sales staff to develop high value digital marketing programs. The individual will develop the annual design and calendar of digital marketing initiatives, including campaign development, tools, strategy, logistics, engagement and optimiation. The position requires regular interaction with project team members and upper management.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid advertising and more. Execute, implement and optimize digital campaigns workflows to enhance customer engagement and achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal resources to ensure timely and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally across teams to launch and digital campaigns on time and with high quality.
  • Utilize CRM, marketing automation and sales enablement tools to manage leads, track campaign performance, and personalize customer experiences.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, analysis, and optimization of digital campaigns to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement. Incorporate audience insights and customer journey improvements. Implement marketing best practices, including segmentation, testing, and personalization to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain database accuracy, integrity, and compliance, ensuring data is up to date and properly structured for segmentation and targeting.
  • Evaluate marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and outcome-driven recommendations for improvement for marketing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product specialists, and field team to develop materials that are engaging and effective. Continually evaluate and update assets to ensure relevance, quality, and alignment with member needs.
  • Serve as the digital marketing go-to-coaching, supporting, and leveling up field marketing teams.
  • Responsible for conducting regular project team status meetings and reviews. Ensures deliverables are completed and documented.
  • Identify key metrics and KPis to assess effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary, and reporting out results to the Marketing Team and Commercial Operations Leadership.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience for the position:

  • Education: BA/BS in industry related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience leading and managing marketing databases, email, social media, SEO/SEM, and advertising campaigns.
  • Experience supporting integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong familiarity with digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement tools, management/measurement tools to manage leads, track campaign performance, and personalize customer experiences.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strong project management skills, including ability to multi-task, and manage multiple projects with competing levels of priority, leadership exposure and rigorous deadlines.
  • Results driven, with a proactive approach to problem solving and innovation.
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • Knowledge of field staff sales operations and an understanding of the healthcare and medical device landscape is highly desirable.
  • Analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and other relevant project management software and tools.
  • Language: English proficiency required
