Overview

Job Summary 

 

Within large US Health Systems (IHNs and IDNs), focus on increasing  market share and profitable growth across Werfen’s Business Units. Directly responsible for managing Corporate Account Directors and Regional Sales and Strategic Support Manager, P&L, and Key Performance Indicators. Responsible for ownership wne of high-level internal and external customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Recruits, hires, and trains Corporate Account Directors and Regional Sales and Strategic Support Manager.
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to Corporate Account Directors and Regional Sales and Strategic Support Manager.
  • Manages and controls the cost of sales within the Area.
  • Prepares forecasts and other monthly reports as required.
  • Serves as a resource to Area Business Managers. May be included in corporate pro-jects/initiatives..
  • Responsible for development and implementation of the IHN/IDN strategy for Werfen.
  • Negotiate purchasing agreements with Health Systems to favorably impact Werfen’s sales and profits.
  • Communicate and interface with all levels of Werfen by providing industry, market and competitive information that will assist in achieving Werfen’s objectives
  • Performs other duties as the position requires and as directed by the Sales Leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Scientific discipline required.
  • Minimum of 10 years sales direct experience with a proven track record within Strategic Accounts managing enterpise or corporate accounts.
  • 5 years of sales management or related management experience strongly preferred.

Management has the discretion of substituting relevant work experience for a degree and/or making exceptions to the years of experience requirement.
