Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering plus a minimum of 10 years of related experience or Master's Degree plus a minimum of 8 years of related experience or waiver based on experience.

- Test Automation - Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Component Testing, API testing, End-to-end Testing
- Non-functional testing approach and methods
- Cybersecurity testing approach and methods
- Test Metrics - Code Coverage, Requirements Coverage, Defect Leakage
- 10+ years' Test Automation related software engineering experience and a hands-on Technical Lead with proficiency in Python, C++, PyTest Framework, UI Test Automation framework like Squish
- Experience in testing Embedded Software including Firmware with relevant automation frameworks
- Experienced Engineer skilled in Technical Coaching with hands-on coaching experience
- Ability to operate instrumentation.
- Possesses strong written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment of software developers and testers.

People Manager Accountabilities:
Effectively carries out the expectations of Werfen People Managers as defined in Werfen’s Role of the Manager program. Among others this includes maintaining regular, at minimum once a month, and transparent communication with the team through effective use of formal one-on-one meetings with direct reports and team meets.
